Ingredients
- 15 g Salmon
- 1 cup Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Horseradish
- 1 tbsp Yogurt, fat-free plain
- 1 tsp Dill weed dried
- 4 piece(s) Green onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Drain salmon and flake with a fork into a bowl.
- Mix in all other ingredients.
- Serve on bread, crackers, or a rice cake.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley to garnish.
