Ingredients

  • 100 g Turkey Breast, sliced
  • 50 g Canned Chickpeas
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 188 g Iceberg Lettuce
  • 5 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 piece(s) Organic Lemon Peel, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Grind the chickpeas, lemon peel, lemon juice, cumin, paprika powder, salt and pepper together with a hand blender.
  2. Continue blending until it becomes pulp.
  3. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips.
  4. Put some lettuce, hummus (chickpea pulp) and the turkey onto the cucumber.
  5. Carefully roll and fix with a toothpick.
