Ingredients

  • 13.89 tbsp Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 2.78 piece(s) Egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 18.75 oz Banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chip

Instructions

  1. Preheat 180 C in fanforced oven.
  2. Heat peeled bananas in the microwave until soft and mash with a fork, allow to cool.
  3. Mix together oil and eggs in a bowl with a whisk and add mashed banana, combine well.
  4. Add cake mix and choc chips and mix until just combine with a wooden spoon,.
  5. Spray a mini muffin tray with canola oil spray.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minute.
