Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 cups Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 oz Cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 piece(s) Red apple, diced
  • 1 cup Red or green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Chopped walnuts, divided, toasted if desired

Instructions

  1. Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken, apple, grapes, celery, and half of the walnuts. Stir to coat well.
  3. Serve topped with the remaining walnuts.
