Ingredients

  • 20 cup Raw Rice Noodles
  • 100 g Bean Sprouts
  • 200 g Ground Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Shallots
  • 100 g Spinach
  • 1/2 medium onion Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Roasted Peanut
  • 10 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Pour the rice noodles into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Then rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. Peel the red onion and cut it into small pieces. Shred the onion.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, lime juice and soy sauce.
  4. Turn on the heat. Add the olive oil to the pan and sauté the red onion and onion.
  5. When the onions are soft, add the chicken mixture. Flatten with a spatula and sear on one side until browned. Then flip.
  6. When both sides are browned, poke the chicken with a spatula.
  7. Add spinach and bean sprouts and stir fry until slightly soft. Add a small bowl of sauce and stir fry well.
  8. Turn off the heat. Add rice noodles to the pan and mix well.
  9. Finally, add chopped cilantro and chopped peanuts and enjoy.
