Ingredients

  • 0.03 tbsp Ostrich, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1.09 tsp Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cherry, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seed
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice, crushed
  • 1/2 medium onion White Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt over ostrich, stir until well distributed.
  2. Shape meat into about 30 small balls. Brown meat balls in hot oil. Remove meat balls from skillet.
  3. Dissolve corn starch in pineapple juice.
  4. Place all remaining ingredients except cornstarch mixture in a big pan or skillet.
  5. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture. Raise heat and stir constantly until mixture boils.
  6. Add meat balls, lower heat and simmer for another 15 minutes.
