Ingredients

  • 40 g Rolled Oats
  • 170 g Yogurt, nonfat
  • 5 cup Almond Slivers
  • 200 g Pear
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 40 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Chop the pear into cubes and mix in a pot with the water and cinnamon. Cook for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. As soon as the water has evaporated, remove the pot from the stovetop and combine the pears with the maple syrup.
  3. Put the yogurt in a bowl and top with the rolled oats and warm pears.
  4. Serve with almond slivers.
