Ingredients

  • 300 g Galia Melon
  • 100 g Pear
  • 45 g Orange
  • 100 g Yogurt, nonfat
  • 10 cup Almond Slices
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Cut the melon in half and hollow out the core with a spoon.
  2. Cut a slice from underneath to ensure the melon sits level.
  3. Brown the almond slices in a pan without oil.
  4. Cut the pear and orange into slices. Collect any juice that drips from the orange in a bowl.
  5. Mix the yogurt with the orange juice in the bowl and cinnamon, then transfer into the melon well. Add the pear and orange slices, and garnish with almond slices.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
