  • 20 g Feta Cheese
  • 100 g Mixed Salad Greens
  • 50 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 30 g Kalamata Olives
  • 30 ml Olive Oil
  • 0.5 medium Lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepperand grill it.
  2. Toss mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes,olives, and feta cheese in a salad bowl.
  3. Whisk olive oil and lemon juice together.
